I’m back today after taking a couple of forced days off due to an intestinal bug.  Still not back to normal today, but I was able to get my run in.

We discovered a problem with all of our web apps at work.  If a user selects a record, presses the browser back button, then clicks save, the wrong record is being updated.  For patient care applications, this is big!  What a Monday!

Today is my last day of vacation. My mood sank considerably today when I realized that I need to go back to work on Monday. I went for my run, emptied my mind of all things, and I’m feeling considerably better now. Don’t know how I survived before I started running

I ran at 10:30 this morning.  Heat index was about 95 already.  I’m surprised I got as much distance as I did.  Definitely slower than normal!

I’m still going to try fro some sort of a bike ride tonight.

The wife has returned from seminary.  Back to normal around here
