Day off

Well, today I took a day off. The past couple of days my legs have been super sore. Good indication that my body is telling me that I need to back off. I’ll get out there for at least 10K




My Weight is up

I weighed myself this morning. I was 178.2 lbs. My goal weight is 165. My weight has gone up 3 lbs since the marathon. I’ve been letting up on my workouts, and increasing my intake (candy, cookies, ice cream). Time to get back on the regular workouts, and lay off on the goodies. As of this morning, I’m going to start counting points again. For breakfast today, I had some animal crackers (2 points). I’m allotted 26 points per day
