My Weight is up
25 06 2007I weighed myself this morning. I was 178.2 lbs. My goal weight is 165. My weight has gone up 3 lbs since the marathon. I’ve been letting up on my workouts, and increasing my intake (candy, cookies, ice cream). Time to get back on the regular workouts, and lay off on the goodies. As of this morning, I’m going to start counting points again. For breakfast today, I had some animal crackers (2 points). I’m allotted 26 points per day
I don’t run marathons, but I do a lot of long distance cycling. My weight always seems to go up after a long event. I then will drop a few pounds over the next few days.
