I’ve decided on some upcoming races to do over the next couple of months. they are:
Stewartville Summerfest (7/4 — 5 miles)
Douglas Trail Race (7/28 — 11 miles)
Jessica Murray Memorial (8/4 — 5K)
Rochester Half Marathon (8/25 — 1/2 marathon, duh)

I’m not as sore as I was yesterday. I did need to get out for a run today, but, my body was telling me to take one more day off. It was 95 degrees today with 90% humidity. We are having the “cooling” thunderstorm as I write this. Tomorrow it will be in the 80’s. I WILL get out there for a good run tomorrow.
