Good run today
27 06 2007After a couple of days of not feeling too good, I got out and got a fairly good run in today. About 80 degrees. Beautiful afternoon. Folks were on the trail. People were greeting other people. Just a wonderful day. About 3.5 miles in, I hit the zone for a bit. Some fast AC/DC was playing on my MP3, and I just hit it!
Good day today. Now, if I can get a couple more days like this, I’ll be back on track again! God, I love to run!
