Well, the new office will take some getting used to.  They have all of us shoved into a space 1/2 the size of what is really acceptable.  We’ll deal with it, but, there is no ventilation to speak of, and the carpeting is new, so we are enjoying the wonderful “new carpet” smell.  I left work with a terrible headache today.  I rode my bike home in the sun.  that seemed to make my headache worse (of course it did).

I popped a couple analgesics, and decided, against my body telling me not to, to go out and get a run in.  I got out about 1 1/2 miles, and my stomach said “Go Home…NOW!”. OK.  I listened to it.  Glad I did.  I just made in the door when my body decided to protest it’s mistreatment.

We’ll try the run again tomorrow.  I’ll make sure I take plenty of breaks at work tomorrow to get out of the work area to get fresh air!
