Depression strikes again
27 07 2007Today is my last day of vacation. My mood sank considerably today when I realized that I need to go back to work on Monday. I went for my run, emptied my mind of all things, and I’m feeling considerably better now. Don’t know how I survived before I started running

I totally agree. I sat around for 33 years of my life with no exercise at all…
Now, if I don’t get some exercise in every day, my mood goes south very quickly…
I need that release… I can’t imagine going back to how I used to live.
I agree… I still hate going to work, but I don’t know how I managed life without running. It makes things so much easier to deal with… because there’s always a run to look forward to or one just completed!
You are very right. I’m glad that running can help you and the rest of us cope with the STRESS of life. I hope work isn’t too bad, but it’s work. I wish we could all just run around and do whatever we want (well, all of us good people at least

You said it right….how does one cope w/out running?? It always imroves my mood…no matter what. It’s GREAT!
